BRND Business Accelerator Community Service Agreement

Effective Date: November 1, 2025

By purchasing membership to the BRND Business Accelerator (BBA) community, you ("Member") agree to the following terms and acknowledge your understanding of the services provided and community guidelines outlined below.

1. Community Services & Access

2. Member Responsibilities & Conduct

Professional Conduct:

Engage respectfully with all community members, staff, and guest experts

Contribute positively to discussions and support fellow entrepreneurs

Participate in good faith in all community activities and sessions

Follow all community platform guidelines and live session protocols

Respect the time and expertise of guest speakers and BRND team members

Prohibited Behavior:

Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward any community member

Spam, excessive self-promotion, or promotion of competing services

Sharing of inappropriate, offensive, or non-business-related content

Attempting to recruit members for outside opportunities without permission

Disrupting live sessions, workshops, or community discussions

Violating the intellectual property rights of BRND United or other members

Consequences:

Violation of conduct guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community without refund.

3. Confidentiality & Privacy Agreement

Member Information Protection:

By participating in BBA, you agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any personal, business, or strategic information shared by other members in any community setting, including but not limited to:

Protected Information Includes:

Business problems, challenges, or vulnerabilities shared in live sessions

Financial information, revenue figures, or business performance data

Strategic plans, business models, or proprietary methodologies

Client information, customer data, or business relationships

Personal struggles, setbacks, or sensitive business situations

Any information explicitly marked as confidential by the sharing member

Confidentiality Obligations:

You agree NOT to:

Repeat, share, or discuss any confidential member information outside the community

Use another member's business information for competitive advantage

Contact or attempt to solicit business from other members' clients or partners

Screenshot, record, or document confidential discussions without explicit written permission

Attribute statements or information to specific members without their express consent

You agree TO:

Treat all shared business information as strictly confidential

Ask for explicit permission before referencing another member's situation

Report any observed violations of confidentiality to community administrators

Respect the "safe space" nature of our community environment

Attribution and Reference:

Members may grant other members permission to reference their name, situation, or statements

Such permission must be explicitly granted in writing (email, chat, or verbal with witnesses)

General industry insights gained through community participation may be used, but not attributed to specific members

4. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

BRND Content:

All course materials, templates, frameworks, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of BRND United LLC

Members receive a personal, non-transferable license to use provided templates and resources for their own business

Content may not be resold, redistributed, or shared with non-members

Members may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of BRND's proprietary content

Member-Generated Content:

Members retain ownership of their original content shared in the community

By sharing content, members grant BRND United permission to use testimonials, success stories, and feedback for marketing purposes (with member attribution)

Members may request removal of their content from marketing materials at any time

5. Community Launch Schedule & Presale Terms

Launch Timeline:

Important: BRND Business Accelerator is currently in presale phase with the following launch schedule:

January 1, 2026: Early access to community platform and course materials begins

January 5, 2026: Live sessions, workshops, and interactive programming begins

Presale Period: All purchases made before January 1, 2026 are considered presale purchases

Presale Member Benefits:

Lock in current pricing for lifetime of membership (Foundation Members)

Access to all course content starting January 1, 2026

First to participate in live programming beginning January 5, 2026

Early community access and networking opportunities

6. Payment Terms & Billing Structure

Presale Billing (Purchases Before January 1, 2026):

Monthly Members: First month covers January 1-31, 2026, then billing on the 1st of each month thereafter

Annual Members: First year covers January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026, then billing annually each January 1st

Billing Date: All presale members will be billed on January 1st regardless of original purchase date

Price Lock: Presale pricing is locked for the lifetime of continuous membership

Standard Billing (Purchases After January 1, 2026):

Monthly Members: Billing occurs monthly from date of purchase

Annual Members: Billing occurs annually from date of purchase

Regular pricing applies and is subject to increases as community grows

General Payment Terms:

All fees are non-refundable except during the 7-day money-back guarantee period (see details above)

Payment processing through secure third-party processors

Members responsible for maintaining current payment information

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

Important: This is NOT a free trial - you are making a purchase with a satisfaction guarantee.

Guarantee Period: 7 calendar days from date of purchase

Full Refund: Available only during the 7-day guarantee period

Cancellation Process: To request a refund, you MUST email [email protected] with the subject line "CANCEL MEMBERSHIP"

Processing Time: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of valid cancellation request

Access: Community access remains active until refund is processed

Standard Cancellation Policy (After 7-Day Period):

Members may cancel at any time with reasonable notice by emailing [email protected]

Access continues through the end of the current billing cycle

No refunds for partial months, unused services, or cancellations after the 7-day guarantee period

Cancelled members lose locked-in presale pricing if they later rejoin

6. Technology & Platform Access

Platform Requirements:

Stable internet connection for live sessions and video content

Computer, tablet, or smartphone capable of accessing the community platform and video calls

Email address for communication and account management

Member is responsible for maintaining secure access to their account

Technical Support:

Basic platform navigation support provided

Personal Assistant setup guidance included

Technical troubleshooting for community-specific tools and integrations

No general IT support for member's business systems

7. Disclaimers & Limitations

Educational Nature:

BBA provides educational content, templates, and business guidance for informational purposes

Content does not constitute professional legal, financial, or business advice

Members should consult qualified professionals for specific business decisions

Results may vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and business circumstances

No Guarantee of Results:

BRND United makes no promises or guarantees regarding specific business outcomes

Success depends on member implementation, market factors, and individual circumstances

Case studies and success stories represent individual results and may not be typical

Limitation of Liability:

BRND United's liability is limited to the amount paid for membership

We are not responsible for business decisions made based on community content

Members participate at their own risk and assume responsibility for implementation

BRND United reserves the right to mediate disputes and make final decisions

Repeated violations may result in membership termination

9. Updates & Modifications

Service Changes:

BRND United may modify services, add content, or update community features

Members will be notified of significant changes via email or community announcements

Continued membership constitutes acceptance of reasonable service modifications

Agreement Updates:

This agreement may be updated to reflect service changes or legal requirements

Members will receive 30 days' notice of material changes

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms

Member Acknowledgment

By completing your membership purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all terms outlined in this Service Agreement. You confirm your commitment to maintaining the confidential and collaborative nature of the BRND Business Accelerator community.
